No Love for Johnnie: Civilized research of congressmen who cares only in regards to winning the ballot. Cast includes Peter Finch, Stanley Holloway, Mary Peach, Mervyn Johns, Donald Pleasence, Dennis Cost, and Oliver Reed. (110 minutes, 1961)

Mac and Me: Sort of an E.T. copy in reference to Mac, an outer space being, and his plight in suburban L.A. It is more of a television advertisement than a film. Hollow Man: Sebastian Caine is working on a top-secret assignment for the U.S. government. He is trying to unlock the keys to human invisibility. After succeeding on laboratory animals, he can’t resist, and takes the serum himself. He becomes irreversibly invisible, and feels threatened by those trying to cure him.

Rocky V: Rocky has retired from boxing. A brain injury from his last fight makes continuing impossible. He becomes a trainer, and his first pupil, Tommy Gunn, leaves him because he won’t move him up quick enough. After winning the title with another trainer, Tommy wants to fight Rocky to gain respect. Since Rocky isn’t allowed in the ring, they will have to do it as a street fight.

House on Haunted Hill: Zillionaire Cost offers group of individuals $100,000 each if they’ll survive a night in spooky old mansion with a haunted history. Cast includes Vincent Cost, Carol Ohmart, Richard Long, Alan Marshal, Elisha Chef, Carolyn Craig, and Leona Anderson. (75 minutes, 1958)

The Meteor Man: Townsend plays a hesitant, nerdy school teacher with a fear of heights whose hit by an abnormal emerald meteor that turns him into a superhero. Townsend additionally inscribed this “Superman N the Hood” story, full of good values, but very few funny moments. As a comedy it just doesn’t soar.
